Founded in 2012, the Kid Colling Cartel (named after the Colombian roots of the frontman) consists of Kid Colling (vocals and guitar), Alex Logel (keyboard and Hammond organ), David

Franco (bass) and Florian Pons (drums). Under the style label "Alternative Blues Rock", the band mainly plays Colling's own compositions and ventures into various musical genres such as groove, funk, and especially rock music, without ever giving up their blues origins.

Their musical connection and harmony on stage are unmistakable, and Kid Colling, although primarily a guitarist, stands out with his distinctive and adaptable voice. He emphasizes not boxing the Cartel into a stylistic pigeonhole and aims to reach a broad

audience rather than just blues enthusiasts.

In 2017, the Kid Colling Cartel released their debut album "In the Devil’s Court". In 2024, the band released a new album titled "Living on the Wild Side" and recruited Laurent Pisula on the second guitar.

The Monday Night Jazz Club takes place on Monday, June 1, 2026, starting at 8 PM in the Jazz Ballroom at the Bowling Center Bitburg, Charles-Lindbergh-Allee 5. Admission is free.
