Elfie Müller, the SEK officer from Mainz, receives a call from her grandfather in Wittlich that completely changes her life within a few weeks. Johannes Immenstedt, a police officer from the Davidwache on the Reeperbahn, has been dismissed from the police service. The phone call with Elfie causes Johannes to move to Wittlich just a few months later. But soon, the bee stands of the two hobby beekeepers become scenes of the strangest murders and crimes.
