For 27 years now, SIMPLY UNPLUGGED has been taking a different approach: the best songs by the best artists—brought together in a single concert. Songs by the Beatles or Simon & Garfunkel invite the audience to sing along. A medley of their greatest hits is a loving tribute to the Bee Gees. The performance becomes virtuosic with classics by Dire Straits, Pink Floyd, and Sting—and breathtaking when a musical masterpiece by Queen fills the air.

As in previous years, Eddie, Peter, and Horst take their audience on a journey through the greatest hits of all time. A journey full of memories: of one’s own youth, of the “Summer of Love,” of the legendary Woodstock Festival, of one’s first great love—and of the first kiss. Every single song touches the heart—one goosebump follows another. The music of this era is like a gas station for the soul—a place where the audience and musicians refuel together.
