Entertaining theory combined with hands-on practice:
In this course, you’ll be introduced to the secrets of the art of brewing and learn a wealth of interesting facts about the raw materials and the production of beer.
Of course, you’ll brew your favorite beverage under the guidance of the brewer himself. Plenty of beer and a cold/hot brewer’s platter are also part of the experience. In addition to beer production and the characteristics of individual beer varieties, you’ll learn what matters most during a beer tasting (professional tasting of several beer varieties). You’ll learn about the topic “Beer and Health” and hear amusing stories and anecdotes related to beer.
