Harvest festival and farmers' market in Waxweiler

For the 33rd time, the Waxweiler and Surrounding Area Business Association (Gewerbeverein Waxweiler und Umgebung e. V.) invites you to the traditional Eifel Farmers’ Market at the “Gateway to the Southern Eifel.” In the town center, merchants, service providers, and businesses from Waxweiler and the surrounding area will showcase their products and services. A varied program makes the farmers’ market a popular gathering place for young and old alike.

Program:

11:00 a.m.

Harvest Thanksgiving service at St. John the Baptist Parish Church, accompanied by the Prümtal Choir from Waxweiler.

11:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m.

• Devonium open: View the giant marine scorpion “Waxie” and the art exhibition “Dreams” by Jörg Eberbeck. The artist will be on site from 2:00–4:00 p.m.
• Café Devon open: Coffee and cake, provided by the daycare center’s parent committee.
• Devonium Geomuseum and Small Roman Museum: Free admission.

2:00 p.m.: Concert by the Lyra Waxweiler Music Association by the canal.
