The parish community of Schönecken-Waxweiler invites all believers on Sunday, August 17, starting at 5:00 PM, to the St. John the Baptist parish church in Waxweiler. On the occasion of the Feast of the Assumption of Mary, Rosi Moser from Olmscheid will present a variety of herbs for self-binding. She will explain to interested participants which dishes and ailments they can be used for.
At 6:00 PM, Pastor Georg Josef Müller will celebrate the evening mass in honor of the Mother of God and bless all the bound herb bunches.
