Numerous instruments and three-part harmonies resonate acoustically – creating a magical atmosphere!

On April 11, visitors can enjoy this playful trio at Hotel Eifelerhof in Kyllburg (Hochstraße 2). The concert starts at 7:30 PM (doors open at 7 PM) and costs €14 (pre-sale €12).

Actually, everything is still just like it was in the seventies, when the sessions in the children's room, which quickly transformed into a rehearsal space, played out just like today's rehearsals: you simply didn’t know what would happen, but it was a hell of a lot of fun. (Perhaps less so for the parents, as things around the house disappeared that only reappeared in acoustic form, when strange sounds and songs from the former children's room echoed through the rest of the apartment.) The current formation started in 1993 as the house band of an alternative carnival session in Cologne and was initially called "Die Drei Richtigen".

After several years of carnival, a longer recovery phase was needed until the band reformed in 2007. By then, the desire to haul boxes and set up amplifier systems had reached a definitive low point, and it was decided to play exclusively acoustically from then on. The three musicians had amassed plenty of instruments and other sound-generating devices, and under the motto "let's play and see what happens," the first repertoire was created, which continues to be constantly expanded and altered to this day according to the same principle.
